We want you to be satisfied with KaikuTTS. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases of character credits on KaikuTTS are final and non-refundable. Once credits have been purchased and added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Due to the nature of digital services and voice cloning technology, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Purchased character credits that have not yet been used
  • Voice cloning services that have been completed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with generated voice quality

2. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, may:

  • Provide assistance to resolve the technical problem
  • Replace credits lost due to a verified service malfunction
  • Offer a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Technical issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Proof of the technical problem may be required.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

In cases of fraudulent transactions, unauthorized purchases, or payment errors, we will work with you and our payment processor to resolve the issue. Refunds for fraudulent charges will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and payment processor policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your Twitch username or account email
  • The date and amount of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused credits or outstanding balance.

7. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under certain consumer protection laws, you may be entitled to additional rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, unless the service has been fully performed with your consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is complete.

For purchases of character credits, the service is considered complete once the credits are added to your account, and you acknowledge this at the time of purchase.

8. Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account termination and blocking from future use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
